Red Siege at Wild West Hackin’ Fest Mile High 2026: What to Expect
By Red Siege | January 13, 2026
As proud sponsors of Wild West Hackin’ Fest, Red Siege is thrilled to return to Denver for another year of cutting-edge training, insightful talks, and unforgettable experiences. This event is a cornerstone for Red Siege, and we bring the full strength of our team and resources to make it truly special. Here’s what you can expect from us this year:
Before the main event kicks off, join us for some training!
“Penetration Testing: Beyond the Basics” with CEO Tim Medin
Have you already taken Introduction to Pentesting with John Strand from Antispyhon? This course is meant as a follow on to the class, where we go into even more depth on what it takes to deliver a high-value penetration test. This course begins with tips and tricks for enumerating hosts, then dives into valuable initial access techniques. From there the course teaches how to identify additional targets via situational awareness, and of course, how to pivot to those hosts using practical lateral movement techniques. (details)
“Offense for Defense” with Principal Security Consultant Mike Saunders and Senior Security Consultant Corey Overstreet
This two-day training is designed specifically for blue team professionals looking to enhance their defensive skills by learning offensive strategies directly from expert attackers. It’s an invaluable opportunity for defenders to understand the attacker’s mindset and strengthen their security posture. (details)
Once the conference begins, the Red Siege booth will be buzzing with activity. Stop by to grab some of our signature swag—stickers, apparel, and exclusive items designed just for this event. You’ll have the chance to meet our team, including CEO Tim Medin. This is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the process of working with Red Siege, from initial engagement to project completion, and how we help organizations strengthen their security posture. Whether you’re curious about our offensive security services or want to explore partnership opportunities, our team will be there to answer your questions and provide valuable insights into how we operate.
Don’t miss this chance to connect with us and discover all the ways Red Siege can support your security needs!
Think you’ve mastered social engineering? Test your skills in our telephone-based Vishing Capture the Flag (CTF) competition, created by Security Consultant Jason Downey. Participants will engage in realistic, high-stakes vishing scenarios. This unique event, blending telephony and AI, will challenge you to outsmart Dominion Industrial using nothing more than your voice and wits. If you’ve ever wondered how a simple phone call could lead to a data breach, now’s your chance to put that theory into practice in a safe, educational environment. Winners will earn an exclusive Red Siege Vishing CTF Challenge Coin!
Join us for the Sponsor Stampede at Rock Bottom in Downtown Denver! Swing by our stop to experience the excitement Red Siege brings and grab your stamp. This is one of the most high-energy highlights of the event, don’t miss out!
In addition to our hands-on activities and training sessions, members of our team will also deliver talks and lead a workshop:
Red Siege is ready to make your Wild West Hackin’ Fest experience one to remember. Come by our booth, participate in our Vishing CTF, and catch our team’s talks throughout the event. We can’t wait to see you there!
