SiegeCast: Properly Preparing for a Pentest
By Justin Connors | October 25, 2021

October 26th at 3pm Eastern.
Defenders, we know you want to make sure you are getting the maximum value from your penetration test.
On this SiegeCast, Senior Security Consultant Alex Norman will go over some of the tips, techniques and pitfalls we’ve discovered in our years of pentesting to help you prepare yourself and your company or organization. Red Siege CEO Tim Medin will be joining Alex to provide even further insight and provide the guidance for answers to questions you may have like – Why are you hiring a testing firm? How to find clarification during the test? How you should respond to a report?
This SiegeCast will offer tools and tactics for the defenders to be prepared, but the information provided has value to the offensive side as well. If you are looking for ways to improve you or your teams communication with the defense before an engagement, or are early in your career and are looking for a solid foundation to bring to a team then this conversation will be of value to you as well.
We look forward to seeing you at 3pm on Tuesday October 26th as we continue our goal of sharing as much information as we all together prepare for the challenges ahead in 2021.
